Project Description

Every room has the potential to look amazing and be much more functional, if done right. Gone are the days of houses with a single toilet, and many times we are asked to remove baths which are mostly a waste of precious space that can be better used for a second toilet, more storage or a bigger shower. What are your priorities? Start from there.

Presentation is everything.

Amorim Bathroom – Morley

EYE-CATCHING | CLASSY | FUNCTIONAL

Being their first home, costs needed to be kept to a minimum, which meant this renovation had to be well thought-through to be worth every cent. With no need for a bath it was the first thing marked to go, which made room for a second toilet to be added, a must-have in this day and age for any family…. it simply wouldn’t make sense to renovate the bathroom and not do it! The change from a shower curtain to a proper perimeter-framed showerscreen also made an enormous difference both aesthetically and functionally, keeping water inside the shower area. A hand basin was also added to the separate WC for convenience – with smaller and smaller options entering the market now, there is no reason to go without. Once all the practical aspects were locked in, it was time to make it all visually appealing and what better choice than gorgeous patterned tiles for that? A talking point, an excuse for dark grout on the floor, and a classy touch, tick tick tick! Overall a beautiful renovation that adds value to the house and has the family now proud of every room in the house.
