This property had been rented out for a few years, so when the owners decided it was time to move in (and possibly turn it into an Airbnb later), it was in dire need of a revamp… head to toe! Sometimes there is no need to have a clear image of what style you like before we begin looking at pieces, we will find out fairly quickly what attracts you! I love mixing different styles too, why restrain yourself to a single style when you can make your home truly unique? For this brief we settled on a nod to the classy Hamptons, mixed with a few select contemporary pieces, and introduced warmth with a few gorgeous colours inspired by the beautiful artworks found early on (sometimes the first piece you fall in love with, sets the tone for the whole home!).

Once all rooms were fully stripped out, we could create beautiful and functional bathrooms, laundry and kitchen, to bring this property into the 21st century (good-bye random nib wall in the dining room!) and introduce a truly wow factor! Every home has the potential to not only be functional but also look a million dollars, while also being homely and welcoming. The result speaks for itself and I couldn’t be happier that my clients have a home they absolutely love!
