A project started at the end of 2018 and continuously added to while completing another 2 properties for these same clients, this grand property was in need of freshening up, but my clients just didn’t know where to start and it all became too overwhelming until they decided to seek professional help. The initial visit saw a couple of rooms change functions and forgotten furniture be brought to life, simply by moving bits and pieces between rooms. Excited about the changes, it was decided this beautiful home would be brought to its full potential with some further rearranging combined with new additions to replace what wasn’t doing the house any favours. Keeping all hard finishes as is, this cosmetic renovation has made the home look the million dollars it is truly worth, bringing it into the 21st century while still nodding to classic times with the gorgeous antique furniture pieces retained combined with stunning pieces to accompany them.
