When the beautiful designer real estate company Belle Property joined forces with the well-established Acton, a complete overhaul of corporate image was called for. Succeeding a tired and heavy “black and red” image, the soft and light “sage green and white” combination was a very welcome change, breathing a whole new life to the head office at Peppermint Grove. Previously lacklustre, the softness of the new colours combined with the elegance of marble look, green velvet, beautiful wallpaper, fluted panels, and a touch of burgundy shifted the focus to the feminine side of the home-buying decision making. Let’s be realistic, while the financial side of real estate is often left to the man (but not always!), the final say as to whether the home is “the one” will almost always be the woman’s. And when your business is all about presentation, there’s nothing like presenting yourself impressively too. A fresh new office for the staff and a welcoming atmosphere for their clients – now that’s a successful outcome.
